Point Blank Tequila Returns to Taylor Sheridan’s Bosque Ranch Live

Last year, Point Blank Tequila made its debut the only way it should — unapologetically and authentically, where country music, craftsmanship, and storytelling collide.

Bosque Ranch Live — Taylor Sheridan’s exclusive concert series at his sprawling Weatherford Ranch — was the perfect backdrop for Point Blank’s first public pour.

And on September 12, Point Blank will be back where it all began, serving as the exclusive tequila sponsor of the second annual Bosque Ranch Live.

“Man, there is no other place we would rather be,” said Andrew Summersett, Founder of Point Blank Tequila. “From Day One, Bosque Ranch felt like home — a gathering of cowboys, country artists, storytellers, and tastemakers who understand that the best things in life aren’t manufactured — they’re earned. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our story last year.”

Point Blank’s public introduction marked the beginning of a continued partnership with Bosque Ranch, which hosts world-class cutting and reining events, serves as a premier equine training facility, and doubles as a filming and live-music destination for Sheridan’s productions and Bosque Ranch Live.

“Point Blank Tequila chose Bosque Ranch Live to launch the brand. Small-batch, family-owned and hands-on — it’s an approach that aligns with Bosque Ranch and resonates with people,” Sheridan said. “We look forward to continuing to share the story behind the tequila with our community.”

Bosque Ranch Live

On September 12, Sheridan will host his second annual Bosque Ranch Live — an all-day country music and Western lifestyle experience held at his 600-acre ranch near Weatherford, just west of Fort Worth.

Last year, during the inaugural event, Bosque Ranch Live featured rising country stars Drayton Farley, Kaitlin Butts, and Jackson Dean — artists whose songs have been played in Sheridan’s hit shows, including Yellowstone and Landman.

Set against the rugged beauty of North Texas, Bosque Ranch Live is more than a concert featuring up-and-coming country artists — it’s an immersive experience that celebrates the Western way of life and champions the people and brands shaping the community.

Running from noon to 11 p.m., Bosque Ranch Live is intentionally capped at a limited number of guests, making it one of the most exclusive ways for fans to step inside Sheridan’s world and real-life ranching.

Sights, Sounds & Stories

This year’s event expands on what made the first one so special while staying true to its roots: an intimate gathering designed for those who appreciate substance over spectacle.

As the sun sets, the stage belongs to Tanner Usrey and Shane Smith & The Saints — two of the most compelling voices in modern country, bringing raw energy and storytelling to an audience that knows the real thing when they hear it.

But before they take the stage, guests will be immersed in the sights, sounds, and stories of ranch life.

This year, a new Speaker Series offers rare, behind-the-scenes stories from the creative minds behind shows like Yellowstone, 1883, and 1923. It’s a deeper look into the craftsmanship that defines modern Western storytelling — including costume designers, prop masters, music supervisors, composers, and set decorators.

Sheridan has called it a chance to spotlight his “crafts family” — the people whose work shapes the look, feel, and sound of his shows.

The Spirit of Bosque Ranch

Throughout the day, guests can lean into the full ranch experience with Kubota RTB ranch tours, cutting horse demonstrations, and world‑class barbecue, with premium ticket options that add chef‑driven meals from Gabriel “Gator” Guilbeau — Yellowstone’s on-screen fan favorite who continues to cook for the cast and crews of Lioness and Landman.

Of course, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy Point Blank Tequila throughout the day. There will be a dedicated tasting featuring all three expressions — Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo — with Summersett pouring and explaining the craftsmanship behind each spirit and the story behind the brand.

Guests will also be able to purchase exclusive Point Blank merch, including shirts, hats, bandanas, and pins, including the iconic Nacho —  Point Blank’s real-life donkey and the inspiration behind our signature logo.

Select ticket holders will cap off the night with a stay in RVs, a Gazebo, or tents under the Texas stars.

“When you bring together great music, honest stories, and a tequila made the authentic way— that’s the spirit of Bosque Ranch Live,” Summersett said. “We’re proud to be part of it again.”

A Partnership Built on Truth

At Bosque Ranch Live, nothing is artificial. Not the music. Not the stories. Not the people.

That’s exactly how we make our tequila.

Crafted at Destiladora Agave Azul in Jalisco, every bottle of Point Blank is built on tradition, guided by innovation, and driven by a relentless commitment to quality and authenticity.

Under the leadership of Master Distiller Zandra Gomez Santiago — named 2024 Best Woman Distiller — every step, from agave harvest to final pour, is handled with precision and purpose.

No additives. No sugar. No dyes. No shortcuts.

It’s a process rooted in truth — and that’s what connects Point Blank to Bosque Ranch Live.

Last year marked the beginning. This year, we continue to build our relationships — one sip, one song, one story at a time.
