I’ve ordered Point Blank Tequila, now what?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Your bottle will be carefully packed and shipped from our fulfillment center. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days before your order is handed off to the carrier.

I’ve ordered Point Blank Merch, now what?

Once your order is placed, your merch will be carefully packed and shipped from our fulfillment center, separate from where Point Blank Tequila is shipped from. You will receive a separate email and tracking number for merchandise with the subject line “Your order has been shipped!” from orders@ibstx.com.

Where can I find my tracking information?

For tracking information, bottles and merchandise will have separate tracking numbers sent to the email you inputted at check out, even if you placed those orders at the same time.

Does someone need to be home to receive the delivery?

Yes, someone over the age of 21 must be present to receive the delivery.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you’re not home when the delivery is attempted, the carrier will usually leave a notice with options to:

  • Schedule a re-delivery
  • Pick up your package at a local shipping facility
  • Follow the instructions on the delivery notice to make arrangements that work best for you.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, alcohol orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box — carriers require a physical street address and an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
